This will be a great way to spend time with your wife and get some much needed exercise as well. It has been a popular past time for decades now, as generations have enjoyed the art of Ballroom dancing since it was introduced from the West with an increased interest right after World War II. It grew in popularity with time as people realized that dancing is not only a form of artistic expression, but it also allows a person to become well-rounded. It gives one a chance to spend time with other individuals on a social level. One will quite often find older married couples learning how to dance as a way of bringing them together as well as giving them much desired exercise. Others also enjoy it because it allows them to escape into a different world as they express themselves through musicality. It is no wonder that Japan has more ballroom dancers then any other country.
